Nursing jobs abroad · UAE
🇦🇪The UAE is the fastest and most popular first move abroad for Indian nurses — tax-free salaries, accommodation support, and hiring cycles measured in weeks, not years.
Overview
The United Arab Emirates runs a world-class private and government healthcare system across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates, and it hires thousands of Indian nurses every year. Salaries are completely tax-free, and most employers add accommodation, transport and annual flights on top of the base pay.
To practise, you'll clear a Prometric licensing exam for the relevant authority — DHA (Dubai), DOH/HAAD (Abu Dhabi) or MOH (Northern Emirates) — after a Dataflow primary-source verification of your documents. English is the working language, so German or other foreign languages are not required.

Yes. The UAE levies no personal income tax, so your salary is paid in full. Many employers also provide accommodation, transport and yearly flights.
It depends on where you'll work: DHA for Dubai, DOH (formerly HAAD) for Abu Dhabi, and MOH for the Northern Emirates. Each has its own Prometric exam.
IELTS/OET is not always mandatory for the licence, but it strengthens your profile and some employers ask for it. English is the working language.
Some staff-nurse and home-care roles accept fresh graduates, though most hospital roles prefer 1–2 years of experience.
